Hello everyone, I would like to start off and say that I am looking for a paid position as a Community Manager or a Staff Manager.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:
My name is Dragan and I am 16. I live in Europe and I speak English, Serbian and little bit of Russian. I live in a small town, Niksic and I go to school there also, in 2nd grade. I am a basketball player who practices 7 times a week, who also has a love for Minecraft and Staff Management/Administration! I have been playing Minecraft since 1.6 version and have been in the Management/Administration field for about 1 year now.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

CreeperTNT was a Serbian server that my friend had created in early 2014. I was asked by him to try out being a Staff Manager for their server and agreed happily. I was in charge of the forums, promoting/demoting new staff members and a lot more. I was a Staff Manager on the server until the server shut down due to not having money to pay for it.

SarmaCraft is also a serbian server where I applied for the staff team, slowly I climbed up the ladder and became the Administrator. The server was very toxic, after a while the owner gave up on the server and I resigned.

I was also accepted as a Administrator recently but the server didn't release.

WHAT CAN I DO

Staff Management - I can make sure that your staff members receive the training/knowledge they need to moderate correctly on the server based on your guidelines. I can be in charge of promoting and demoting staff members.

Server Updating and Configuration - I had a service that was doing server setups. I could be in charge of putting and adding more features to the server.

I can do a lot more things, like event managment, social media and a lot of others!

PAYMENT
