About Me:

Hey! I’m Andy; or as some of my friends call me, Kendall. My current In-Game-Name is ImmortalDarkBlue. I’m a 14-year-old Asian who has played Minecraft for around 3 years and honestly, I don’t plan on quitting soon. I’ve been server staffing for awhile; I would say, six months. In addition, I have been managing servers for approximately three months. On the other hand, I take my academics and education authentically serious, and I would never neglect it over video games. However, I am still able to manage/staff for at least two hours a day.


Traits:

• Active- I can guarantee you at least two hours of activity every school day, and I will not stop without an appropriate reason. I can contribute around nine hours a day on weekends; potentially more if I have more time.​
• Professional- I am well professional when it comes to managing or staffing a server, as it is quite important to. Being professional is one of the key things of a well running server. Players will most likely leave otherwise. As I have been doing this for several months, I am able to be mature towards fellow players and other members of this community.​
• Knowledge- Some people might disagree with this trait that I have put in, but I believe that I contain knowledge that other people might not have. I can provide the administrators and owner(s) with bright ideas, which might be able to improve the server’s quality and server in general. I’ll be able to develop a list and provide some thoughts of mine that will improve the gameplay, and create excitement for new and current players.​

Previous Experience:

• LegendMC (Helper) [Playerbase of 5]- This is the first server I obtained the Helper rank on. At that moment, I knew nothing about staffing, but everyone has to start at somewhere. For me, I started at LegendMC. LegendMC is a network, offering three gamemodes such as, skyblock, factions, and prison. The owner is nice and all, however, I didn’t really have intention of staffing on there anymore as there were rarely any players on. I know I said there was a playerbase of 5, but most of the time, it were the staff members who were on (not trying to diss LegendMC.) I believe that the LegendMC network is still existing.​
• BrutalRoulette (Moderator) [Playerbase of 5]- This was my third favorite server staffing on. BrutalRoulette was a factions server, and in my opinion, it was pretty fun staffing and playing on there. It was a pretty basic server, but the community and staff members were nice. The server unfortunately got shut down due to funds and lack of knowledge (hearing from the Manager of the server.)​
• MiniGA (Helper) [Playerbase of 60+]- This was the most popular server I have ever staffed on. This server was mainly a factions server at that time; however, as the server gained more popularity, it also became a skyblock server. I wasn’t really known in the MiniGA community as I’ve never really verbally talked or really talked in general. I was busy moderating the chat as there were around 60 players on at a time. The server didn’t run out of funds, it was just that one of the owners resigned and he got replaced with another owner. It’s really confusing, but I believe they might have switched over to TheTomb? I’m not sure; however, I can assure you that it was an amazing experience staffing on MiniGA.​
• JSPrison (Manager) [Playerbase of 9]- This was honestly my favorite server I have ever staff/managed on. JSPrison was an OPPrison server; and I’ll have to admit, the owner did buy a premade server. However, the server still did a well overall performance, if I do say so myself. In addition, I would like to state that the server did get shut down. I believe that was the owner’s fault for being immature and unwise. What I learned from managing this server was…​

• GalacticKnight (Owner/Founder) [No Playerbase]- GalacticKnight used to be an OP Factions server. However, my partner became extremely inactive and gave ownership to someone without my approval. His “friend” did do some development work such as expanding our server into a network, which was truly amazing. Although, he then later demotes me and my partner, which is not really possible, but after awhile, I started my own company.​
• ParticleNetworks (Admin) [Playerbase of 5]- ParticleNetworks is a network, consisting of skyblock, factions, prison, and creative. However, I was only an admin on skyblock as it’s my favorite gamemode to play on, and players aren’t able to apply on more than one server. When I was accepted as a helper, I’ve helped the owner with setting up Buycraft, which got me promoted to moderator in two days. Then, I did other stuff the other owners and head admins were supposed to do, which got me promoted to admin in around a week.

Current Positions:

• ImmortalsPvP (Owner/Founder) [Company]- ImmortalsPvP is a respectful and reliable Minecraft service team that can help you on your way to becoming a Godly Minecraft PvPer. The wide variety of services we offer include PvP tutoring, custom texture pack designing, graphic design and much more! The team consists of hand-picked individuals who are of utmost experience and are beyond qualified to perform whatever task you may need. Our aim is to enhance your Minecraft experience forever with the professional services we provide.​
• ChivalryMC (Helper) [Playerbase of 3]- ChilvaryMC is a a network, consisting of factions, prison, KitPvP, UHC, and bedwars. However, only factions is currently available to play on; the high-ranked staff members are working on prison. I’m pretty sure the owner hasn’t technically “released” the server yet, due to incomplete plugins and tasks. As I’m only a helper, I haven’t contributed much to this server. I basically just moderated the chat.​

What Will I Do When I Get Accepted As Manager?:

I am able to a plethora of things; mostly the server’s goals you would like me to accomplish. Here’s a list I can do for you, possibly more!

Why Choose Me?:

For the last question of this thread; I will be answering most owner’s frequently asked questions. The reason why you should choose me over other players that are applying for the same position is because I am able to spend a good amount of time each day, managing the server and finishing any unfinished tasks the owner or anyone wants me to. I am professional and well experienced at doing my job, so you should not worry when you are offline as the server is in my hands. Another readon why I should be chosen is because I am able to verbally communicate with other players, meaning I have a working microphone. I am also able to be contacted through Skype as well as Discord. I usually use Discord more as it’s more popular now-a-days. I have both Skype and Discord downloaded on my phone so I can assist players that need my help, even when I can’t get on. My contact information will be down below. Well I'm sorry you feel this way. However, PrimeMC has no proof of me hacking nor duping, and neither do you. I have a plethora of video evidence of myself playing legit. Do you? And the thing about ImmortalsPvP is, I am the true owner. I have written a lot of documents for this company. It's just that Clutchyy wants to see rewritten statements as he believes my grammar isn't as good as his. Also, when have I ever lied?

You writing documents for ImmortalsPvP is a complete lie. I have had convo's with Clutchyy. He writes everything. "He legit tells me to send him the documents just so he can post them, yes he does give me credit but he acts like he does everything".

If you're here complaining that I don't do anything, tell that in a PM. It's true that Clutchyy does write documents for ImmortalsPvP, but he's the one who wanted to. I was completely fine doing it on my own. I didn't force him to write it, I asked him. If he didn't want to, I could've done it myself.

You can say whatever you want. However, I’m the owner of ImmortalsPvP. I’m pretty sure I would know when I write documents. And thanks for the luck man!

I'm sorry to say this, but I have to de-vouch. I made an MCMarket account just for this because I didn't have one prior.
I really don't know what was going on specifically in his head, but I can summarize what happened. A server I'm an admin for, Krazium, hired him to help increase our playerbase. I think we were very friendly and welcoming, and he was perfectly professional and fine at the beginning. I interviewed him, asked a few questions to verify he was legit, and he passed. I was impressed that a 14 year old could be so mature.

Today, he wanted to come on and check out the server. He told us that it didn't work for 1.8, which I fixed within a few minutes. After that, him, myself, and another mod from the server went onto our KitPvP. We were having some casual combat, just for fun, and I think we were all enjoying it to some extent. He's good at PvP, I'll give him that. At one point, I beat him with 2 hearts remaining and said "2 hearts in chat." I then thought it'd be funny to give myself resistance so I'd be unkillable. I killed him and the other mod a few times, and then he realized and called me out in chat. I sarcastically denied it and then removed the effect, saying that I'd killed him legitimately the first time, which I had. He wouldn't believe me, and then proceeded to accuse our other mod of hacking, leave the game, use our Discord bot's command to retire, leave our Discord, and block everyone from it with no explanation. I had high hopes for him, and I could have understood if he was frustrated that I'd cheated. However, I think it's extremely unprofessional to just up and leave, blocking everyone, without so much as a word as to why.

Sorry, Immortal, but I really don't think that's professional. It's well within your ability and right to do it, since you didn't really harm our server in any way, but it still surprises me that your reaction was so extreme.

Yeah, thanks for the devouch. I would’ve devouched myself if I resigned for an immature reason. However, I would like to note that I did not block anyone- I just resigned. Also, you did not kill me legitimately (this statement has nothing related to my management thread.) I’m dedicated to PvPing, so I take my PvP skills over management. I shouldn’t really be saying that at my thread offering my management services, but oh well. Anyway, it’s hard to believe you beat me legit. Of course I’m good at PvP, I’ve spent 2 years practicing! As stated above, it’s hard to believe being beaten by you, without using an unfair advantage. Have a nice day!

I beat you one or two times and you're not even mature enough to admit that someone as skilled and practiced as you could possibly lose to a PvP plebeian like me. You can't even admit that you're not 100% perfect and don't win every single time. I have fought many people who are less skilled than me, and I sometimes lose to them. I have fought many people more skilled than me, and often lose to them. What you're doing here is only proving my point: You're not the most mature, and from what I'm seeing here, you seem to have a superiority complex or something.

I have absolutely nothing to gain by lying about beating you legitimately, and anyone you ask will tell you that I'm not one to lie for no reason, sarcastic as I am. You say that you pride yourself on your PvP skills more than your management skills, and that's a very dangerous thing to say on a thread meant to get people to hire you for staff/community management. To assert your PvP superiority to everyone, you just have to call me out for lying about having ever beaten you. What a preposterous idea, that!

I don't really know what to say as that is what exactly happened. And what do you mean by editing my post rather than uploading another one? Does that actually make it where it won't notify you?
