I'm Rex, and I'm 15 years of age. I am currently looking for a position as a staff manager/community manager, preferably on a Factions/HCF server. Although if the server meets my standards, I might work for it as well.

I'm a 15-year-old guy, located in the country of Sweden. On my spare time, I often play games, such as Minecraft & rocket league. I'm a very ambitious person that works hard to achieve my goals.
✦ Experience ✦
I have played Minecraft for about 3 years, in those 3 years I have been a successful staff member on 3 servers in my opinion. That are the servers I will list here and elaborate the most on, then I have been staff on a few other small servers and friends servers, but they weren't big at all.
For my first staff experience, I was a Helper on "TheShieldMC". TheShieldMC was an FFA/1v1 server and also had other custom game modes like Soccer and practise against actual Minecraft bots. From TheShieldMC I got a lot of experience in dealing with both cheaters, and I had to moderate the chat as well, which I got really fast at doing (i.e typing fast). The rank I achieved was only a Helper because they told me the higher positions were full, (which they were). And it has now shut down because they didn't get enough donations to fund the server.
TheShield had a player base of around 50-100, so there was always something to moderate. One of the reasons it didn't get as many donations was because it was an EULA compatible server.
Now to my second staff experience which was on CoveMC, which was a FFA/1v1 server, the rank I achieved under my time was Moderator, on this server I also got a lot of experience in dealing with cheaters, as well as moderating the chat, my "main" job as a Moderator on CoveMC was to deal with reports & appeals, which I did a very good job with.
Then for my last staff experience, which is more of an administrative experience, as I was the owner of the factions server I owned. The server was called CrateMC and was quite a big server for only being up for 1 month until I shut it down because my PayPal got limited as I am not 18 years old, it had a player base of around 20, so there were always people needing help, asking me to fix bugs etc.. I set everything up by myself and configured all plugins by myself, so I got a lot of experience in configuring.

I am qualified to be a staff/community manager because I have all the necessary experiences that are required when being a staff/community manager.
I've had multiple administrative experiences, such as being the owner of my own server, CrateMC. At CrateMC, I was the staff manager, from this server I learnt a lot about managing staff, selecting qualified staff members, and conducting interviews in a very professional way.
As mentioned earlier, I also have a lot of experience as a moderator and helper, from these servers, not only did I learn to moderate the server in general, but I also learnt how to communicate in an extremely professional way between the staff members and players.

There are no set prices, it isn't even set if I'm going to charge yet.
If I really like your server, and I feel like being a staff manager on it, then I would definitely work for free. But if there is a payment that you have in mind, I will gladly accept it.
