1) Once you have purchased from us, everything is final and you may not chargeback. We do not offer refunds at all unless all parties agree.

3) You are required to pay through PayPal's Friends and Family for us to be able to start and finish, if you pay through Goods and Services we will refund you without reimbursing the fees taken by PayPal.
4) You are required to pay 100% upfront for us to start.
5) All details of what you want for your setup must be given before we start, any changes given after we start will be extra charge unless a minor change.
6) Although we usually finish by your deadline, we reserve to be able to extend the deadline if needed.
7) We reserve the right to deny or revoke service to anyone without the possibility of providing a reason.
