I'm 16 year old guy who has been into the staff administrator/staff manager industry for about 3 years now. If I were to be a staff manager/administrator on your server I would be extremely active and be willing to spend at least 3 hours a day on your server, and check the forums regulary. I have been playing minecraft for about 5 years and I truly believe that having me as a part of your staff team will defintely benefit your team.

✦ My Experiences ✦
Throughout the years I've been a staff member on a lot of servers, although only about 5 of them were big servers. And those are the ones I'm going to mention.
First of all I was a Moderator on TheShieldMC, I started out as a Helper, and later got promoted.
From this server I learnt a lot about being a staff member in general, and just helper/moderating the server.
I've also been a Administrator on a server named CoveMC, I started out as a Moderator and after about one month I got promoted to an administrator, my job as the administrator was to conduct interviews, promote/demote staff members and handle buycraft issues/donation issues.
I've also been a administrator on a server named minevast. My job on minevast was basically the same as on CoveMC, the only different was I also reviewed staff applications, reports & appeals.
I've also been a senior moderator on the MCGamer network, that was back in 2014, where the server was still big and had a constant playerbase of 2000 players. Now it has unfortunelly died and people moved on to badlion. My job as a Moderator on MCGamer was to catch hackers, moderate chat etc. After about 3 months of this, I was promoted to senior moderator and moved on to reviewing staff applications & ban appeals.
Then for my final big experience which was on my own server. I owned a server where I was the owner, I got a lot of experience in both being a owner and a manager. I had a lot of business with sellers as I was buying art, website designs etc. I know how to work professional in business.
I was also the one who conducted interviews, read applications and in general just deal with donation issues etc. I also configured the server all by my self, meaning that I am very good at server setups, often referred to a Server Setup Specialist (SSS).

I'm very experience in managing/moderating servers, as well as I've owned a few servers as I've already said. Meaning I am also very experience in gaining players. I do now have a lot of money to spend on advertisements, but I do have a lot of contacts throught Skype, and a lot of people who happend to have a lot of contacts.
