Introduction
Introduction
Now, I’d like to introduce myself to you, I’m a 19 year old male who currently works as a Warehouse Worker, as well a Volunteer Firefighter. I speak and write fluent English, I have worked for many Minecraft servers in the past, however my most notable position is my Manager position on FatCity from 03/12/2014 to 08/25/2016. In this time I had numerous jobs where my experience helped me excel, I will list some of the work I had below.

Experience
During my time as Staff Manager on FatCity, I’ve gained the following experiences;
- Handling donation support - Handling donation support was quite a busy task, especially when doing it for a larger network. The donation support for the network was always busy with people asking questions. I helped people with missing packages and assisted in answering questions regarding payments and any other concerns which a user might’ve had when deciding to make a donation.
- Working with BuyCraft - When I started handling donation support, I was introduced to using BuyCraft. Although I was new to this platform, I was trained well and learnt how to set up coupons, resend and edit someone’s package and create new payments. I picked up on these new experiences quickly and used them to complete my work more efficiently.
- Accepting and denying staff applications - The time that I was a Staff Manager on FatCity, I witnessed a lot of staff join and depart from the team. During this time, I handled all staff applications to the network.
- Taking part in promotion and demotion decisions - Every Sunday, me, and the admins sat together and discussed who we wanted to get promoted. We listed and considered the pros and cons of demoting / promoting someone to make sure we made the right choice.
- Accepting and denying suggestions - In order to keep updating the server, I had to go through the suggestions that were made by the players. I had to reconsider whether it was possible to add / change, if it would be of profit for the server and if it would be needed.
- Dealing with player reports and appeals - During my time as a staff member on FatCity, I had to handle a lot of reports and appeals; Making sure the evidence wasn’t forged, that all evidence needed was provided, checking if someone was falsely punished, etc.
- Mentoring other staff - As an Staff Manager I had to mentor a big group of staff members. I guided them through their time; helping them to go for a promotion, made sure they handled a situation correctly and if they had questions, I was available to answer them.
- Working with XenForo forums - When it comes down to my XenForo experience, it could be a lot better. The tasks which I did the most and the experience which I have with using XenForo Forums is editing user profiles and using basic forum moderation tools. I don’t have great knowledge of XenForo, but I am more than willing to learn the different aspects of it, and I already know enough to perform basic forum moderation duties. My experience is low on this subject because my position never entitled me to mess with XenForo much.
- Working with Trello - During my time as an Staff Manager, I also had to work with Trello. In here we had several lists, for example; “In progress”, ”High priority”, “Suggestions”, etc. I added, moved and commented on cards so the administration team and developer team could work better and organized.

About me
I’m a very enthusiastic and outgoing person who loves to have fun as well as work, I try make the best of all the situations I’m put in. Because I have such an optimistic outlook on things, I like to seek out the better in people and help negative people see the brighter side of things. I also work extremely well in group/team environments and I know how time manage and organize for maximum productivity.
Here I’ll list some personal information about me so you can get to know how I am as a person. I'm an avid firefighter, my father who has been firefighting for 20 years is the person who got me interested into the profession, once him and I were able to help a countless amount of people together, It got me hooked on the job. Some of my hobbies are working out, bowling, and I love to cook. along with these hobbies comes the hobby i’m most passionate about. Gaming, more specifically, gaming with friends. I’m extremely passionate about gaming and spending quality time getting to know people, I love expanding my friendship circle so I often hang out for numerous hours at a time in public Discord channels getting to know the community.
