So i'm just slightly confused as to why you are valuing it at 800$ with no playerbase and two servers. Don't take this the wrong way, and I may be completely wrong so correct me if I am so, but the two servers you have are very easy to setup like you have now, and I don't see anything that really unique or custom from what I can tell.

The builds seem to be okay nothing to fancy so they can't be that expensive, and the website is similar to that of most networks based on the template.

Can you help me to understand the valuing? If I understand it better I can tell if it's worth to make an offer.

The plugins form my dev cost more then $300 , https://gyazo.com/72800ab6b1ee968be9a5893358e1f50c and it took alot time to setup and the server is a network the practices server is like any other server but spend about 400 dollar on the server

650$ for two servers without playerbase? Devs plugin wont cost the same "300$" because these plugin were made to your like, not the buyers one..

Get more players if you want to sell it for better price. The way it looks like is you couldn't keep the server populated and "crashed". And we need to pay and clean up after you. I've seen people with 100-200 players sell there server for $200, so you really should try to get more players even if you have schoolwork. (only if you want to sell for greater price, otherwise the server is probably barely worth $20.)

Considering your overall revenue is 800 dollars and 9 in the last month, 650 dollars is a horribly overpriced deal. I also doubt those plugins are worth 300 dollars from their names. I would value this server at probably 100-250 dollars considering you have no playerbase.

It's not just builds and plugins lol. Custom coded plugins as well as a Xenforo license gives it at least some value. Not 5 dollars lmao
