My name is Elias and I work as a Manager on projects I really enjoy to work on! I quit being a manager for a while now since I was very busy focusing on some other big projects and on my future in real life, but since I have everything sorted I'd to help some new people get their project booming.

What will my Manager position include:

- Staff (or) Employee Managing
- Forum (or) Website Managing
- Recruitment Managing/networking
- Community Managing
- Event Managing
- Social Media Managing


Staff Managing:

This kind of management will include Staff Managing as stated above. Basically what I'll be doing as a Staff/employee Manager is taking care that every staff member is doing their job correctly and that they make sure that they enjoy their time on the staff team

Forum/Website Managing:

This kind of management will include Forum or Website Managing. What I'll be doing is taking care that all formats are well made and without any grammar mistakes. I'll also be Managing all sections on the forum or website and monitor if there is no inappropriate language in the threads or comments.

Recruitment Managing:

This kind of management will include Recruitment Managing. Basically, when a certain type of person is needed, I will use my network to get you the best person possible for the budget you have. This can be for example Developers, Builders, Website creators, Illustrators, managers etc.

Community Management:

Community Managing concludes keeping the community up to date about changes that are made and answering the questions people might have.

Event Managing:

Event managing for discord servers or game servers is what I provide but also for big communities.

Social Media Managing:

This kind of management will include Social Media Managing. If your server/company has any kind of social media accounts like Twitter, Facebook or anything else, I'll be daily keeping everyone up to date and reply to the Community to the best I can.

Photoshop! Best for thread designs, you should get yourself a signature matching your thread as well.

Upon messaging, you were very professional with your 'Hello there.'. However, once we talked for about 30 seconds, you started using phrases like 'What do you want?' 'OOh cool' and 'Ooh eeh my services is for Minecraft server.' I'd recommend remaining professional at all times, and maybe trying to make the 'What do you want' seems a bit nicer . Furthermore, you should look into getting a thread design and attaching your resume to it, as Diamond said.
