Big Vouch for James. I was an avid player on BumbleCraft and dedicated hours!
The server was configured, developed and maintained to an extremely high standard. James very clearly cares about all projects he dedicates his time to. You will have no problems with his work ethic, friendliness and overall experience within the Management Field.
James is surely going to make a great addition to any team he works on, especially in terms of community interaction and event management. Players and other members on the team will take an instant liking to him.

This reputation is a deal I made recently when selling my server BumbleCraft. The server had a steady player base that was very interested in the server and the continuation of the server even under new ownership. The server was sold successfully and the new owners unfortunately failed to update the server and almost instantly had a large amount of down-time which unfortunately killed off the server, furthermore they faced a Discord Nuke which was the ultimate finish for the server.
I sold a server that was still very active, it was how they began to establish the new ownership that unfortunately killed the server.
In regards to DM Advertising, I had invited very close friends that I actively spoke with and were on my friends list as they were active players of BumbleCraft and so I had invited them to my new project.
Finally.. regarding my immaturity & late responses, I acted nothing but in a professional manor when proceeding with the deal and in no way immature in my eyes. The buyer of the server acted in a immature way by talking publicly about my family, my finances and badly about me to a community I have grown and nurtured for three years. The buyer viewed my responses as late due to me finalizing the deal within 2 days and then i contacted the web host asking them to move my hosting to a new account which they couldn't. The buyer failed to understand that i was unable to move the web host and continued to ask me about it when I previously told them I was unable to transfer it and they will just have to copy the files & move it to a new host.
I'm very sorry this was my first impression on the Market, I assure you I act with maturity at all times. This was a case of a successful deal that had unfortunately gone bad and the user had changed their once positive reputation to the new negative reputation after the server had died due to his own actions which he will fail to admit.

Disregarding his single negative reputation (which he's previously addressed), I believe this new Manager on the market has potential and it's always good to have real-world experience + being a business major.
