Just a few things, trying to help out here - It seems your only goal at this time is gain reputation, which sounds good but not to those who want to truly bring you onto a team. Most people looking to expand their teams with the services that you offer are going to value experience, knowledge, and personality over the blue number on your profile page.
I would recommend taking the time to re-evaluate your goals and start small and build up until you reach the position you want to. I would also add more information to your thread to include things like:
- What experience do you have?
- What kind of skills and qualifications do you have that make you able to carry out the jobs you offer?
- What kind of position(s) are you looking for and are you looking for 1-2 solid positions, or any number of smaller/wary ones?
Lastly, if you can prove your worth/knowledge/aptitude, then you shouldn't need vouch copies. Your work and the way you carry yourself will be enough to be paid the right amount for your services if you are truly seeking a paid job, if you're just in this for the experience and consider it a hobby, then of course pay isn't your goal and is just a nice little extra when it comes in.

I apologize that I have not been active on MC-Market lately. My mother had passed of cancer and it only felt right for me to take a break from staffing on servers as a whole for a while. After months of mourning, I feel I am ready to go back into server-staffing full-time. I am still offering 9 vouch copies so I can gain more of a reputation and most importantly improve my knowledge on server owning and staffing as well as gaining more experience!
