I will be representing myself as a Java Developer in this thread, with point to create plugins.
Unfortunately just recently I've got scammed for around 1,200€. That's the reason I am creating the thread at the moment, to at least try to recover from some of the loss.
As for the previous work or portfolio, my resource is TOP #1 on MC-Market (https://www.mc-market.org/resources/5641/). If that doesn't satisfy or gives enough evidence, I will be glad to provide more work.

Why do you need proof that he got scammed? That is completely irrelevant to the fact that he is offering development services.
