I had a need for several elven ships that were beyond my building ability. One service straight up refused the commission, Aevum and one other gave me similarly priced quotes. I went with Aevum due to their prompt replies, and was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and updates throughout the commission. I am very happy with the builds, but it was their customer service that will have me returning if any other commissions come up.
