Vouch, currently working for this service and I have experienced nothing but professionalism when working with this team. The owners are extremely kind, as are the staff.
I have not come across anyone with the name "FieryBrian" while I worked with FantasyServerRatings, but I have worked with Goon. Long story short, it was a very unpleasant experience, and these are my comments for the service (if you can call it that):
-Quite inefficient. I may have caught them at a bad time, but they left me hanging for more than a month after I asked for their services. I began with the free package, but after being ignored for a week and a half, I was given an upgrade to the $3 package - of which I heard nothing from them about for two weeks. He then joined, very unluckily, on the weekend that I was updating my server on and went on to say that "I blocked his schedule", when he told me nothing about it in the first place. - Owner's attitude was poor. Although at the beginning he was very friendly and helpful upon asking for the service, this eventually grew sour as he stayed out of touch, was rude to me ("sorry to ruffle your feathers" when he confronted me in my server Discord for making a server-wide announcement with the @everyone tag). I did not feel any sort of "Customer Service" from him, but rather more like we were expected to wait on him with no questions asked. He also seemed to be clueless on why I am upset when I messaged him privately asking him what the hold-up was, after a month-long of waiting. However, I do have to give him credit for attempting to be professional, although I have to admit he did not successfully come off as such. - Cancelled article due to "fear of bias", which I can only assume is bias out of dislike for me. I cannot believe that this would be a legitimate reason to cancel a paid package, which obviously was not treated like one. - Rest of staff is friendly and helpful, however! I do have positive things to say about the staff that supports Goon in the Fantasy Server Ratings. They respond quickly, although they also seem like they are out of touch with Goon himself. They do their best to reassure you that things are going the way it should be, and this is where I received the majority of the "Customer Service" I expected from a service like this.
As a summary, it is truly a shame that the Owner's actions tainted this service, which I have no doubt was a positive experience for those who used it before me under "FieryBrian". I'm not sure if Goon and FieryBrian are the same person, (if they are I experienced something COMPLETELY different from what is suggested above), but overall, I would not recommend the serviceto those who are reading this. Perhaps test it out with the free package, but I do not think that the paid package is worth it at all. They will not treat you as you'd expect from paying.
