PlutoNode is in search of proactive Billing Support Agents responsible for addressing billing inquiries and ensuring a smooth post-sales support experience. Your role will be pivotal in assisting customers with all kinds of billing and account related queries. This includes refunds, cancellations, payments, and more.
Requirements:
▪ Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
▪ Previous experience in a billing support role within the hosting industry.
▪ The ability to speak and write in fluent English, alongside excellent communication skills.
▪ The ability to work independently or as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment.
▪ Advanced technical knowledge related to the services we offer.
▪ Experience using the WHMCS billing software.
Responsibilities:
▪ You'll be constantly interacting with customers in a high-volume environment.
▪ You'll be expected to handle billing support tickets through our Client Area.
▪ You'll be directly reporting to the Support Manager, and escalating tickets to the appropriate team members.
