PlutoNode is in search of proactive Sales Representatives to aide potential customers in their queries, pitch our products to the wider community, and offer pre-sales support. You'll be instrumental in selling our products, and answering any questions regarding them.
Requirements:
▪ Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
▪ Previous experience in a sales or customer-service role within any industry.
▪ The ability to speak and write in fluent English, alongside excellent communication skills.
▪ The ability to work independently or as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment.
▪ Solid understanding of our products, policies and overall brand.
Responsibilities:
▪ You'll be constantly interacting with customers in a high-volume environment.
▪ You'll be expected to handle sales enquiries tickets through our Client Area.
▪ You'll be participating in outreach and sales projects alongside our Marketing Team.
▪ You'll be directly reporting to the Sales Manager, and escalating tickets to the appropriate team members.
