Hello, my name is Delta and I'm 16 years old. I'm from the Netherlands and my timezone is CET. For the past 4 years I've been part of multiple different staff teams, varying from a lower position as Helper/Moderator to a higher level position as admin, general manager, staff manager, event manager etc. (Currently offering staff management, community management, general management and discord management.)
Below my roles on servers listed.
BumbleCraft - 8 months - current
JrMod - Administrator
BumbleCraft is one of the largest Bedrock & Java Network consisting of 4 current gamemodes. OneBlock, EarthSMP, LifeSteal and survival. The average player count is 350+ players online at the same time. In my time at Bumble I've done a large amount of moderation in both chat & ingame, with over 750 punishments in a short time. I started as jrmod and got promoted after 8 days to moderator. After 10 days I became a senior moderator and I've been an administrator for 4 months. As admin I do staff interviews, help deciding which staff members deserve a promotion, I mentor new staff members, help with (organising) events and I am very active in the community to listen to the players and get more and more ideas on how to improve the server.
AppleMC - 1.5 month - current
Administrator
AppleMC is a big server with 450+ players online at a time and multiple gamemodes. I got hired as an administrator and handle mostly tickets, but I'm also very active in the community to see what players want/want to see changed.
BatCraft - 2 months - Shutdown
Senior Moderator - Administrator
Batcraft was a server very similar to BumbleCraft but with a smaller player count. It had only one gamemode and shutdown after a few issues with the staff team. I joined as senior moderator after being successful on BumbleCraft.
Saber Network - ? - resigned
General manager
Saber Network was a small upcoming server that grew quickly. There were a few gamemodes and the community was very active. As general manager I made sure that the things the head manager wanted to happen actually happened, I was responsible for the growing community and I looked over the staff at some point. I also made sure everyone was having a nice time and felt welcome. I am not sure how long I was staff on this server since this was a long time ago, however it wasn't longer than 2 months. I resigned after getting very ill.
ChargedMC - 1.5 month - resigned
Staff/general manager
ChargedMC was a small upcoming server with a few gamemodes. As general manager I did things like interviews, promotions/demotions/removals, staff meetings, applications etc etc. I helped the owners with marketing, was very active in the community to keep up with what the players wanted and always came up with new ideas to improve things. I resigned on this server at the same time as Saber Network, after getting very ill.
Mineville - 11 Months - Shutdown
Chatmod - event/community manager
Mineville was a server with 200+ active members online at the same time. It had 3 different gamemodes and popular YouTubers like Dream, Quackity, GeorgeNotFound and Tommyinnit played there. I hosted quite a lot events and was the staff manager for a while. I did staff interviews, looked through the staff applications, managed staff reports and promotions, staff meetings etc. The server eventually shut down and became Manacube.
Manacube - 1 month - resigned
Moderator
Manacube is a large server with over a thousand players online at the same time. It has tons of gamemodes and became very popular in a short amount of time. I joined as moderator after Mineville shutdown. I resigned after many problems occured with the staff team.
Why choose me?
I'm a very experienced admin/manager and I know what I'm doing, plus im very cheap compared to other admins/managers on MCM ($17,50/week, $75/month). There are many other amazing managers across MCM but I feel only a small share of them would be as dedicated as I would. I am able to be very active in-game and on discord, and always think of ways to improve things. I listen to players and staff members and try to help them where needed/wanted.
