Personal Information
I am a competitive swimmer who also has a love for Minecraft and Staff Management/Administration! I have been playing Minecraft for about 7 years now and have been in the Management/Administration field for about 5 years now. I have helped numerous servers with their needs in Staff Management and Administrative duties.
I am not a system administrator and I am not a developer. I cannot code or configure plugins nor can I do anything relating to the console unless I am taught.
Post writing, Staff Management, email support, Staff applications, promotions, demotions, warnings, meetings, etc. are all services that I offer!

I was a Moderator on the MCGamer Network for 8+ months. MCGamer was a large gaming network dedicated to their “original” Survival Games. In the 8+ months that I worked there, I helped tremendously with events within the community. My duties at MCGamer included hub moderation, Report Abuse responses, player conflict, and event management/participation. I personally helped to organize the Valentines Day Event with the help of other Moderators, Senior Moderators, and Administrators. The event had a player base of 1000+.

TeamElite was a building team that was around for 5+ years and I have been extremely happy to work with them for 1.5 years. They are a great family-oriented community and are very close. During my time here I started out as a builder, working my way up to the position of Moderator where I held building sessions and helped to hire staff. After my 5+ months of dedication to the team, I began my journey as a Trial Administrator where my duties included Staff upkeep, Management, email support, server support, promotions, demotions, Staff meetings and much much more!
We helped to build over 10 exclusive maps for MCGamer Network and their Survival Games.

Static PvP Network was a server that my friend had created in early 2014. I was asked by him to try out being a Staff member for their team and agreed happily. I started out as a Moderator and climbed my way up the positions, taking roles such as Trial Sr. Moderator, Sr. Moderator, Trial Administrator, and Administrator. Over the course of 2 years, I served as the Lead Staff Management Administrator for this up and coming network. In this position, I coordinated a team of Sr. Moderators and their jobs along with the Moderators. I lead my very own team of Sr. Moderators who managed the Staff team alongside me.

In January of 2017, I began working for a server by the name of Mc-Central as an Administrator. I created many useful documents which helped to organize Staff, train Senior Staff members on applications, interview procedures, resignation, demotion, and promotion procedures, along with organizing the Staff Applications section of the forums.

Helix helped to build specialized maps for MCGamer Network. One of our most notable builds was the Valentines Day Event map. I was just one of the many builders that helped this map come to life and attract upwards of 1000 players the special event!

- This includes applications, promotions, demotions, warnings, monthly meetings, inter-staff conflict, staff documentation, etc.
Announcements and events
- Front page forums announcements as well as managing Twitter pages and the announcements posted there. I have also experienced in hosting/creating community events.

- Email support, donation support, forum support, server/gameplay support, donation problems, partner/advertisement support, etc.

- Punishing players, taking care of community/staff problems, post writing, replying to emails, etc.
