Minicraft Network: Build team applications

As a Builder, you'll be creating new maps and structures for the Minicraft server.

Currently, our build team is composed of two members, as such, we'll need even more, and our time goal is to open the server publically in late February or early March. We are looking to form a build team of approx. 5 people with intermediate experience to build our maps and develop the visual side of the server.

The Builder position has a few requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year worth of experience.
- Acceptable portfolio (Attach a file/image(s) or provide a link).
- Previous recommendations (From members, server owners, other staff members) are highly recommended.

Currently, our job is unpaid until our server is open to the public and donations are set up, however, some perks for you helping us start our network will most definitely be given, for example, in-game perks or free game mode ranks if you would be interested in playing; or other rewards.
*subject to discussion with the administration team.

I am aware this is a paid services site, but any suggestions (be it on the server or written/verbal) would be extremely helpful and will most definitely be taken on board.

At the moment, it is unlikely because our budget is extremely limited; but there is potential in the future when donations are set up and the server is open to the public.

Right. Then you'll want to add something to your post. Right now you've got a lot of things that want builders to tell you why you should accept them. What you'll really need to add is an explanation why builders should go for your project instead of the 50 other projects they could potentially qualify for, most of which are paid from the start if not always properly.

Thats up to you. What can you offer besides money that might make builders interested? Oh, and let me give you advance warning. This site is aimed SPECIFICALLY at paid services, so you might get 1 or 2 people, perhaps even more, but they're not likely to be particularly experienced, since it'll mostly be people that aren't reputable/experienced enough to have started up a paid service.
Oh, and expect people to be less-than polite about you not being able to pay rightaway. There's been a lot of people here lately that EXPECTED to get work for free, as if it was the most natural thing in the world. While doing stuff for free may be part of the minecraft community in many ways, this site is explicitly aimed at the opposite of that. So expect some strong reactions.
