I am looking for a community manager position on a server with a decent player base. I'm not looking for a server in Alpha development. I am very experienced with many plugins and I am strong with Xenforo websites and BuyCraft. I'm not a dev so I don't program things but I am able to assist with server and plugin config if needed as I have previously owned servers.
I am very experienced with community management, as I have held high staff positions in my time. I am great at dealing with staff such as promoting and demoting them accordingly. I can also write up a staff rule book that staff can follow. I am very active and I love to interact with the community.
A little info:
I have been playing Minecraft since I was at least 10 years old and I have been a part of the game ever since. Basically, I never focused on the actual gameplay of Minecraft, I always more enjoyed running my own servers and helping others make their own. I have owned way too many servers in my past, it even started becoming an addiction, but I have also been a part of the admin team for many other servers where I would help managing the staff and community which I have been doing for the past 3-4 years, but now I am offering my services instead of finding servers to help.
Availability: I am able to dedicate 4-6 hours to the server each day. I don't usually play in-game as that's not where my duties lie, I mainly am active on the forums, discord and other backend positions.
I can bring a lot of great ideas to make servers better and expand. I know factions, kitpvp, skyblock, prison. I’m good with askyblock, and numerous other plugins. I’m not a dev, but I am more than willing to always learn more. I’m loyal, hard working, and very professional at all times, I’ve never lost my cool no matter what happens. I'd love to work for a large server, I'm always looking for more to do, anything I can do to help the server out and so on. I always look for something to do that's productive.
Experience:
I first started when I played smaller servers (20-50 players) where I held staff positions like a moderator and worked hard for those positions. This was in the early stage of my experience so this is when I was learning basic skills
Later on, I joined a community called PrimeMc where I proudly held the moderator position, this is where I started pursuing my interest in staff management as the current community manager's behavior had inspired me.
After this, I continued to maintain admin and manager positions on servers 50-100 players. During this time I also owned many servers where I learned to configure servers. However, I haven't really occupied an official community manager position as I haven't offered my position in a way like this, I have instead joined servers. But through this I hope to gain experience.
