What is it?
Give your players a tool that lets them mine a 3x3, 5x5, 9x9, or 11x11 radius.
The tool changes to pickaxe, shovel, or axe depending on what you're mining. Examples:
When mining dirt, your shockwave will turn to a shovel
When mining wood, your shockwave will turn to an axe
When mining cobblestone, your shockwave will turn to a pickaxe
