✵➢ Who am I?
My name is Dudd! Others call me Dudddless, or even Bailey. I create discord setups, stream, and write. I do a lot of setups in my spare time for fun, and I have began offering (discord) setups. That is why I am here.

✵➢ What am I looking for?
I am currently looking for (Commission based) Sales Representatives to generate sales for my service, ‘Dudd’s Discords’. This is not a setups team, this is not a multiple party setup group, it is my personal service I am offering to those on MCM and elsewhere. With that being said, I am looking for Sales Representatives & Senior Sales Representatives to, of course, generate sales.

You as a Sales Representative will be working to generate sales for my service, while receiving % per/commision you bring in. All commissions will be tracked, and you will receive your cut when the sale is complete. Your payment is based on the commissions you produce. Now, let’s get into the specifics.

✵ Sales Representative

Rates

• Minimum | 5%
• Maximum | 10%
  

Requirements

1. 13 Years of age
2. At least 3 Months previous experience
3. Discord
4. Working Microphone
5. Excellent Spelling & Grammar

✵ Senior Sales Representative

Rates

• Minimum | 10%
• Maximum| 15%

Requirements

1. 14 Years of age
2. At least 1 year previous experience
3. Discord
4. Working Microphone
5. Excellent Spelling & Grammar

Sales Representatives & Senior Sales Representatives may earn commission raises during their time working with me, not exceeding the set maximum for each role. When you contact me about applying, we will discuss what you believe to be a valid % for you, then we will confirm an agreed %.

After showing excellent work you may be available to earn a .5% increase to your commission rate (So long as you are not already at the maximum). If a Sales Representative is promoted forward to a Senior Sales Representative we may have a discussion about a change to your commission rate.

✵➢ Finishing Remarks & Contact
I am open to speaking with all possible Sales Representatives with any set of experiences, I will happily discuss with everyone, however I tend to only work with those that meet the requirements above, but there are exceptions. If you as a person intend to copy/paste the exact message everywhere you go in an attempt to generate sales, do not contact me. I want the team to have professionalism, and enough of it not to flood the forums with the same post.
