Hello, and welcome to my thread recruiting Partners, Managers, Upper Staff & Investors for an upcoming service team that has yet to be named.
The idea has been across my mind for a while now, but things haven't got started until recently where I've just joined a market that seems like a great destination, and now I can put my plans into action.
What I'm hoping to create is a service team that would include not only just regular Minecraft services (although including such like Building, Setups, Development, etc.), but also other services than can be included across multiple games & platforms like Graphics, Advertisement, etc.
Now, to go with the thread, I'm recruiting a team for both the Business/Client Side & Financial Side. As the project is currently not up and running and we have no idea of the funds we'll be creating, I'm *not* going to be paying Managers & Upper Staff for the time being. Once our team starts to be making profits, and I have the money to spend on paying my Management Team, you won't be making money - this will be a volunteer position. Let me tell you, though, that if we can get this up and running with a steady revenue stream (which I believe we will with the proper team), you'll be getting a great bonus and steady pay.
Along with recruiting a Management Team, I'm looking for other positions such as Investor, Team-Members, Sales Representatives, and more. Please read below to find the requirements and ways to apply for the position below:
CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
The Chief Financial Offer (from this point forward recognized as "CFO"), will be in charge of dealing with the financial side of the business. This means, you'll work on managing the money, and looking at charts/graphs to see where we are making income, what we should do more of, etc.

Advertising Manager
The Advertising Manager will be in charge of advertising our services/products, and getting the business name out there. Although we will be recruiting Sales Representatives, this position has more meaning. You'll be searching not only for clients but also more ways to advertise such as social media, Discord servers, partnerships, and more.

[+] Experience with Advertising OR Management, AND Social Media Use (knowing what social media is etc.)
[+] Good understanding of Advertising and what it really means to advertise

Employee Manager
The Employee Manager will be in charge of managing the staff/employees such as Sales Representatives, Team Members (Designers, Developers, etc.), and the other positions. You'll be recruiting staff members frequently, as I don't find a max quantity for team members that aren't in management positions.

[+] Experience with Staff/Employee Management
[+] Good understanding of recruiting beneficial and reliable team members

Investors
I'm not going to go into detail on Investors - the name is self-explanatory. I'm not going to give you a cut of the percentage I or the company makes, although of course you will be receiving double the amount you put in.
If you'd like to apply for the position of Investory, you need to meet the following requirements:
[+] No age limit, but I expect maturity
[+] $50+ Investments Only
[+] Actively follow the business/team
[+] Understandment that you'll only receive double what you put in.
