Spade Network is the ultimate builder's refuge. We offer the perfect setting and tools for any builder of any experience level to let their creativity and imagination run free.
Among our features are:

A Ranking System
You may choose to submit your builds for review by our dedicated review team. If your build meets the criteria for a promotion, you will be given a new rank with access to more advanced tools and items.

Multiple Servers for Different Versions
If you find a particular Minecraft version (between 1.8 and 1.13) to be closer to your style of building, you may choose between any one of three servers to build on. (1.8, 1.10, and 1.13)

World Edit Access (EARNED)
World Edit access is gained by ranking up through plot submissions.


Spade is VERY professionally run and highly funded - we have a budget of around $1,000 USD for extra expenses and expansions. This doesn't even include our main fund source. We are planning a massive advertising campaign. This includes partnerships and premium advertising.​



What We Need
Spade has the content and the planning down. But we need the people to make it happen. We are already starting to expand, and we need managers, developers, and moderation staff to fill the newly-created gaps.

Below are the positions we are in need of.​

Position: Moderator
Number needed: (Unlimited)
Description: Moderators are in charge of rule enforcement and player assistance.
Requirements:
  • Extensive moderation experience.
  • English skills.
  • A microphone.
  • Discord.
  • At least 12 years of age.


Position: Builder
Number needed: 4
Description: Builders are in charge of building maps for all of our gamemodes.
Requirements:
  • Listed on our application form which can be found in our Discord.


Position: Developer (PAID - per-project basis)
Number needed: 3
Description: Developers are tasked with coding and managing all of the plugins
Requirements:
  • Have experience with Java. (1 year minimum)
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • Experience with CraftBukkit/Spigot.
  • Deep understanding of concurrent programming.
  • Familiarity with test-driven development.
  • Experience with Maven build management.
  • Experience with Redis.


Position: Staff Management Personell
Number needed: 2
Description: Staff Management are referred to as "HeadStaff" and are in charge of operating the lower ranks of staff (the moderation team). The HeadStaff consists of Senior Admins and Platform Admins and they all work in direct contact with the owners.
Requirements:
  • Experience with team management and coordination.
  • Able to develop a custom and positively reinforced approach to handling conflicts.
  • Able to manage a team professionally and maturely.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Capable of dedicating at least 10-15 hours a week to being on the server and overseeing the team.

HUGE Devouch - Hunts for power on servers, and banned me from the discord because I gave him a tip that trying to gain more power to rule over others isn't going to help you.

What's funny about this is when I worked for you when you were Manager, you had the tendency to leave a project as soon as you found something slightly better. You never stuck with anything for longer than a few weeks and you were not reliable at all.

Your claims about me are nonsensical and hypocritical, as you yourself have been caught "Staff Hunting" on many servers. I bid you good day, sir.

Oh, I remember you. You're the guy who demanded to be the top manager over all of us in that group chat. You would not take anything less and you continued to try and assert yourself over everyone. I'll try and find proof for this, give me a moment.

As for harassing you in direct messages, you're going to have to prove that. I do not remember sending you private messages.

You are “VERY professionally run” I guess. But what are these multiple reports of being toxic and harassing people? And so what if you have 1 grand to spend. Other people have that, but their server wasn’t successful.

The first person who devouched my thread was an ex-manager of mine who has a very serious issue with staff hunting and then getting angry at me for not hiring him and claiming I myself am staff hunting. He jumped from project to project at least twice that I know of simply because he got an offer to staff at a slightly better network.

The second person, Ectacy, might be a misunderstanding and I am trying to clear that up right now.

How do you plan to rival builder's refuge? Arguably one of the largest and most successful creative building servers to date. They have loads of builders and onlookers online nearly all of the time and they're used by many professional builders and teams already.
