I bought this today and it was so perfect!! I wanted a skyblock server and I didn't really know where to start! But I found this and it is SO easy! Everything is already there! They might look similar, but truth is, they are very different. The free setup is nothing too exciting, pretty much just 20 configured plugins that could start you off. Nothing special nor unique. From the other hand, the premium setup includes a total of around 40 plugins, all fully customized, as well as command NPCs at spawn and other juicy stuff that make it unique.

I wrote this on a hurry so please excuse me if I didn't elaborate enough.
