The trees don't match any public pack I know of, so I think not. I understand where it comes from, with that schematic grid thingy showing, but the different types of builds dont belong to any pack (most packs are either ships, OR medieval structure, not both), so it's likely enough that he's made those himself.

Considering 90% of the build is trees and some houses, that's enough for a build of this level and price.

That terraforming is not of enough quality to be worth stealing, trust me. Where would he steal it from? Nobody publishes that level of terra without something more
