Hey there! I’m Lotus. I’m an aspiring entrepreneur who has a passion for any tasks related to management. I believe I am a well-mannered individual who handles things in a calm and professional manner.

Work Experience
Orpheus Services -
I run a reputable service team in the Minecraft industry known as Orpheus Services. It has been running for many months and is still a very successful business which I have pride in.

Working in Orpheus has taught me many things in the service industry. In such an environment, I’ve polished my skills in areas such as staff management, negotiation expertise and also my customer service skills. Furthermore, Orpheus has improved my ability to allocate resources, whether they be material or human.

Due to MCM moderation commitments, I have placed the team on hiatus currently.


Gamers Space Discord -
I am part of a gaming related Discord known as Gamers Space which is a very successful 2000+ member server. My role on the server is as an administrator. My tasks involve in the general maintenance of the server (such as moderation and staff management) as well as thinking of more ideas to engage the community enhancing the server experience. Therefore, I do have experience in community management in large numbers.

ATP and WTA Ballboy + Supervisor -
As an avid fan of tennis, I have always tried involving myself in events related to it. My experience in these events (which I have contributed for 4 years so far) has been very enjoyable, but also hard earned.

In such a professional environment, working face to face with the top tennis players in the world require you to be extremely mature as well as having a high amount of dedication too. Eventually, I was promoted to a supervisor which further required me to manage kids of varying ages from 13-18 as well as working alongside with fellow supervisors and the higher ups. My skills in teamwork as well as the allocation of human resources have greatly been influenced by this event.


Colour Run Volunteer -
I tend to volunteer for things whenever I can. The Colour Run is an event which occurs all around the world which promotes a healthy initiative of running 5K in a ‘fun’ way. As a volunteer, my tasks were to help out with support and well... blasting people with bags of coloured powder. It may not sound like much of a hard task, however, I still chose to include this in my experiences list as this has positively influenced me to work in a team as well as interacting with many new people. It was more of an ‘all rounder’ experience which has taught me many things in general.

A final addition to my list of experiences would be that I also actively pursue entrepreneurship/management as a career as I take Business Studies and Economics as a subject at school.

What am I capable of doing?
I am willing to take on a wide range of projects and spend my time to further evolve it. Furthermore, I am open to business ideas and possibly attempt to make them into a reality. These projects could be starting up companies from scratch to managing existing establishments.

I would like to make it clear, I do not wish to manage Minecraft servers specifically. Quite frankly I do not play the game anymore, however, I still do have knowledge and experience in the market due to past experiences.

Please note that I preferably work on paid projects.

Hey, thanks for dropping by.

That is a tough question as management is such a diverse and interesting occupation. Whilst I may not claim the title of being 'the most experienced manager', I feel confident in my abilities to manage a range of jobs. I have a deep passion for management and I believe I will be very committed and dedicated to any project I choose to take on. People tend to be more productive when they like their job, and I absolutely love the thrill of management.

Hope that gives you a better idea of what type of person I am.

I also am vouching for Lotus. He is an amazing concerned manager with great capabilities to keep a business environnement in its best conditions. I would highly recommend you choose him for business purposes.

Hiya Ghast,

I have no qualms explaining how my pricing structure works here. Due to the nature of my work, it's varies from project to project. Like I mentioned, I don't quite manage Minecraft servers which are fairly easy to set a basic pricing structure for, however I am able to take on a wide array of different ventures and that can have inconsistent workloads from case to case. I do try to work around my client's budget if it is in a reasonable range worth my time.

+1 Seems very professional and like stated earlier, seems down to earth and wants to be able to work hard to achieve more in his job.
