Hello everyone, My name is Arlen. I made this thread to see if I can find a possibly place to "work" for. I will be introducing myself, explaining I look for, what I expect, and much more. If you read the whole thing thanks and have a good night/day
Introduction:
To start out, my name is Arlen. I am 15 going on 16 years of age looking for a possibly spot to stop and "work for" what I mean by this is either a company or server that is looking for applications. I really don't care if I am paid or not it depends on the job offering. Being 15 has been crazy. I have dealt with my parents who are going through a rough time, my dad cheated on my mom, and my dads dad (my grandfather) passed away due to cancer 2 weeks ago, feeling depressed, I would occupy myself by working. I miss particularly helping with funds, management, builds, and so much more. If anyone is interested please contact me. It means a lot.
What I am looking for:
I am looking for any type of company or job spot where I can bring my skills to work for, mainly I like helping with funding, management, organization, advertisement, social media advertisement, and developing. Depending on the job and what I have to do, I might want to be paid. I plan to have more the one job as I love to multitask and help more then one person. More to this, I am always interested in become Managers/System administrators for upcoming and current servers. Simple as it is, I am looking for a company where I can bring my skills to, and or a server to become Manager of.
Experience:
I have tons of experience from management, developing, advertisement, to organization. From old MCSell, there were these "groups" where you can join and help, I would sell stuff make money, and repeat. One group I loved is when I was mainly in charge. I did management, organization, and advertisement. Just mentioning these doesn't do much so I'm going to explain it. Minecraft wise, I have tons of experience and I am currently with two servers and looking for more.

Management:
As management, I would assign what people did, help pay people, and do percentages of what amount a person gets. Management I felt was easier then I thought, which is why I am listing it.
Organization:
I am very good with organization. Mainly with organization, I try to keep everything nice and clean, there are no issues, and everything runs smooth. Organization wasn't my favorite job, but it was certainly was not a hard job to do.
Advertisement/Social Media Manager:
This is my favorite job every with this. I love being able to advertise what the company does all over social media. Twitter, forums, instagram, almost anything thing that I can advertise with. I have been able to be a advertiser // social media manager multiple times which makes this my strongest ability that would be great to do again.
What I Expect:
I really don't expect much. The only thing I want to know is that the company knows what they are doing, the know how to do it, and they can be efficient about it. I'd rather be a efficient company
Funding:
I feel as funding is a stronger unit of mine. I use money wisely, make sure everyone is paid, am not a biased type of business man. I want to be able to make profit and that everyone makes profit or makes something at the end of the day. I am great with calculations , money, and all around the lines of this.
Conclusion:
As this is the end, I hope you have a chance or a position I can be offered to do. I love working, I love helping people, and I want to make sure everything goes well.
