I want to know what makes you want to stay on a server when you’re looking for one to play?

Is it the gamemodes?
Is it the community?
The plugins, builds?

What is it that stands out to you most when you’re looking for a server that you consistently want to hop and and contribute your time to?

The most important thing is creating something that's fun and engaging. A player isn't going to care if you "custom coded" everything or if you bought all premade stuff. The reason a server like purpleprison still exists is because players enjoy it. The gamemode might be incredibly simple and basic but it dosen't matter.
