Hello!
My name is Freddy and I am a "Advertisement Expert". Currently I run a Advertisement Agency on YouTube with around 3,000+ content creators.
I had a Minecraft Server that had a player base of 500+ back in 2015 called "PixelBox". The server was fully grown by YouTubers and I got around $10.000 in donations.
(!) Do not hire following.
When your hiring YouTubers to work on a campaign, it may seem enticing to simply go for the ones who have the largest following. While this makes sense in theory, if you don’t have the right fit, your server will likely go unnoticed or the YouTube might not be relevance enough.
(!) Make long term relationships
The simple fact that the YouTubers are buy-able is the issue here. If you can buy it, then another owner can buy it and you're likely to loose most of the gained fan boys to the newest release as it loops as people hope to meet 'their idol' in a server.
If you have a Factions server the best option is to buy 8 to 12 videos from a YouTuber this will make sure that their fans will stay on the server when they leave you.
(!) Do not hire "1K YouTubers (cheap)"
YouTubers with less than 50.000 subscribers and an average of 15,000 views wont get your server anywhere. Ive seen so many time's people buy a YouTubers with 30,000 subscribers and they don't get even get 30 players inside the server. It doesn't worth the $5 - $30
(!) Contacting YouTubers
Long story short. Find the about section of the YouTube channel and click "For business inquiries"
E-mailing a YouTuber is easy.

I know that going for the big guys might sound cool, but sometimes YouTubers with 100,000 to 300,000 subscribers are the best option - A YouTuber with 150,000 subscribers might accept a deal for 8 videos $150 - $250 each video.
(!) Dont hire YouTubers that do "Giveaways"
This image explains everything.
(!) Pricing
