Hello, thank you for clicking on this thread! I truly hope that this business idea is going to catch some interest on here as I personally see it to be quite an interesting, beneficial, and yet generally a fun project to work on! Now let's get straight to the point! :)

What is this group about?
Honestly the entire idea on its own is very simple. The goal here is starting up accounts on specific social media platforms, growing them, and earning whilst doing so. The group would consist of designers, photographers, and of models. The bumpy part of the road is going to be getting our name out there and growing our fanbase, but it can all be done by putting in the right amount of time, passion, and dedication.

How would you earn money?
We would be getting paid for doing all sorts of advertising jobs, or to put it in other words, we would be working as ambassadors for several companies. That's the first way, yet I certainly have way bigger plans for the future, whether it would all work out well for the team. Now I will make it clear right away: DO NOT EXPECT TO BE EARNING FOR YOUR LIVING BY DOING THIS! It can be merely viewed as a business on the side which gets you a smaller income, alongside all the other benefits of just being a member of the team.

How exactly would it work?
Well, it's pretty simple. Our job would be to advertise products whilst growing our own follower base. These two are tightly connected. For an example of a commission, I will go step by step:
1. We get the products that need to be advertised;
2. The photographers and/or models get a picture of them using that product, once they are done it will be up to the designers to edit and customize those to our liking;
3. We publish the finished product on our page and then proceed based on each deal differently. They tend to have different requests, thus why they can not be all approached in the same way from this point on. We would either get paid by now or we would be given codes with discounts for our followers and then earn the percentage from each product they would later on buy with the use of that code. It really varies on each deal, although it is not too complicated at all as it may sounds.

What sort of benefits are there for the team members?
Besides being a simple enough way to earn some extra money, it is also a great way to get your own name out as everyone will be tagged on the work they have done, you will be allowed to use the work you would do here on your own personal portfolio, you would get to meet new friends and most of the time we get to keep the products that we receive from other companies, so those will also be yours to keep as well!

What are the requirements to join?
MODELS:
You need to be willing and able to take pictures of yourself while wearing or holding the product which we would be acquired to advertise. As it would be too big of a hussle to literally fly out our photographers to you, it would be truly helpful if you could find a way to get the pictures shot on your own, or with some help of someone around you. Keep in mind that a decent phone/camera is required. The designers can make wonders happen, but not if the quality of the picture would not satisfy our needs. I will be personally taking on this role too, so to cover all the aspects here's a live, regularly updated list of the vacant positions:
Male: 1/2
Female: 0/2
Keep in mind that you will not be forced to take on any commission that goes against your own personal boundaries, while at times it will be quite specific how and where it would be preferred for you to do the job.

PHOTOGRAPHERS:
We most likely won't be in a great need of those but one can never be too sure! I do not think that I have to explain this role as it is really self explanatory. Make sure that you can take pictures of a decent enough quality and you're good to go!
Photographer: 0/1

DESIGNERS:
Now, those will be in charge of editing the pictures, submitted by our models. I am well aware of the amount of styles that are out there but luckily I am open to all of them, but only as long as the work is done properly and the finished product matches our desires. Great edits can make or destroy a picture so I hope that everyone who decides to apply for this position has a ton of experience behind their backs and of course a portfolio to back up the talk.
Designer: 0/?

This goes to anyone applying, prior to contacting me make sure to have a portfolio ready with at least 3 projects that you've done prevously in the field you specialize in and are applying for!

How much will I get paid?

It takes a while to build a fanbase, so it will take a while for us to get jobs in. Any free services that would help us in building our team portfolio would be highly appreciated and greatly rewarded in the future, but for the time being we'll be keeping grinding and working on developing the team itself in any way we could. Payments would be fair and splitted between our members based on the work and time you'd put in. You will have options when it comes down to it, but I just really hope that with time we'll build a small empire for us to do what we love, get our jobs done and take the profit at the end. Cooperation is essential so please, join us with an open mind.

There are no rules or anything of such sort. Use your common sense and you'll fit in just fine. Let's just do our best to create something amazing!

I hope to hear back soon from you! :)
(Feel free to let me know if you're interested in investing too)

This would be a good business idea profit-wise but it would not be a good business idea ethic-wise as you'd essentially be benefiting more from this than the third party companies you are providing services for. The company would be given the service of "exposure" whilst the group itself would receive free and/or discounted items from said company, raise their fan/following base, and profit off of the revenue of sales.

Depending on the percentages, no company with at least half a brain would agree to do this, as it isn't fair for both participating parties. I suggest that most should stray from participating in such an idea, as it can only lead to bad results.

Cheers, and good luck.
