Hello, my name is iAresko and I'm offering my management services, I am looking for a community that needs the help, one that I can give my services to and helping it strive and get started up.
About Me There's quite a bit to me, but of course in a positive way. I'm very good at handling situations that either promote stress or create a different enviroment which I can adapt to very quickly. I'm 14 years old, and strive to promote happiness wherever I roam. I speak three languages fluently, English, French, and Spanish. Another thing is that I can manage multiple things at once, Plugins, The community, and the staff. I'm looking for a long term career on a server to settle down on and share my knowledges. I'm known for keeping the staff team at bay, and training them to exceed their duties. I am skilled in documentation writing and guideline management as well.
My Experiences in Management I have given my experience in Management to multiple places, but where I learned everything about what I know today from one server called monman11. I was the General Manager, but also one of the Staff-Managers. This server, back in 2012, had thousands of players but in 2017, in Jan, there were only around 30 players who were actively playing. When I was promoted to Management I brought many ideas to the table, raising the player count to 180 regular players a day.
Why Me? Why should you pick me? I'm very confident that with my skills in Management I can promote equality, and allow your server to strive in every aspect, mainly the playerbase. I hold attributes that allow me to work in a better condition, such as my confidence, resilience, and risk taking skills. If I have an idea an educated one of course, I will give it a shot and try to make it work, then learn from my previous mistakes as I have done for three years. I'm sure that I can impress you, if you give me the chance to.
