The Centrium Network
The world of Centrica will consist of 5 continents:
The first 3 continents will be like your normal Minecraft. You would be able to claim land, make nations and large empires. There would be wars, peace, organizations, and history! The goal would be to create a space for different communities to create a history together, reflective of the events of real-life history. Empires would rise and fall in these continents with stages of turmoil and peace completely influenced by the players. Normal activities such as mining, fishing, and stuff like that would be done here. Only the Greatest of Nations would survive.
The 4th continent will be a futuristic city. This continent will be filled with a huge city. In this city, players will be able to trade and sell. This city will contain plots that people could buy to make their buildings and such. There will be a company plugin that allows you to make companies and trade stocks and such. The goal of this city would be to reflect our modern life. This city will be democratic. People will be able to vote for presidents and such. This will create a whole new playstyle for people who enjoy this type of stuff. This continent wouldn't be destructible.
The 5th continent will be of most importance to the storyline of the server. This continent will consist of a large kingdom. This kingdom would be everyone's starting point. It will be a medieval-themed area with lots of lore. In this same continent, there will be a path to an underworld. This would reflect the true evils of the server. This place will have an evil fortress and after battling mobs, it will lead you to a portal. This portal would take you to a boss fight. This boss would have a specific way to spawn it or it would spawn after some set amount of time. Defeating this mob could grant you very strong items. It would all depend on luck.
All of the continents of the server will be connected by one rich storyline. The server would have quests with great rewards. These quests would lead you through a voyage of greatness. Those who complete it could obtain strong items to help them on the first 3 continents. There will also be a 6th continent which players would have to figure out through the storyline. This continent will be the continent of the gods and have secrets behind it. The server could also have story writers act as gods and help people that give sacrifices and stuff. These writers will be given sufficient power to influence the story in a way that is enjoyable.

When the server gets ready, I plan to advertise it so it gets out to the people and it can have a steady playerbase. I am currently using a dedicated machine from OVH to host the server on. It is fully stable and lag-free.

PS: Please note that this is an idea right now and the server is in a stage of development. We are nowhere ready for release as of now. All positions are voluntary and are done by those that like the idea and want to be part of something.
