Hello everyone, I am JustQuit and I am the Owner of Blazing Skies. This is a factions server that has been released for the past two days and it's growing in popularity (around 10 players online) and it's gotten 5 donations in the past two days since the release. I worked hard on the creation of this server and I am now very happy to see the server growing and I hope that it keeps growing with this pace.
However, I am creating this thread in search for professional and experienced staff that will really be dedicated to the server. I have a lot of plans for how the server will expand and what features to add in order to make sure that players are having a great experience and are really enjoying their time spent on the server. I am also looking for a developer (Plugin creation isn't a requirement) who will be active and will be helping me improve the experience of the players. Moderators aren't paid upfront however they will be rewarded for everything they do that benefits the server. Regarding the developer / admin role I'd be happy to share a great % of the donations if I feel like you really know what you are doing and of course if your actions benefit the development of the server and improvement of it!
Even though the server released, I am working full days on improving it, fixing little bugs and adding new features. The server is factions only for now but I am looking to expand it into skyblock and other gamemodes in the near future!
