I'm 13 as well, and I consider myself to be a very mature person. Just because someone is young does not mean they are immature. In fact, I have worked on servers before and had I not told them my age they would not have guessed I was merely 13. Yes, I do understand younger children CAN be immature, but a 13 year old manager isn't that funny.
