Hi, my name is Jack and I have been around & apart of the community throughout the course of the past several years. As time went by, Minecraft followed through with a continuous-endless loop of fluctuated players joining daily. Being apart of a tremendous journey and the curious and diligent mindset I had led me to aspire to become a success in my managerial career which later became a reality. I believe I have a great mentality and can tackle obstacles which come across my way, in reflect to that, I do not take time to realise 'harsh reality' of things when really, reality is something you cannot overcome and predict what's next which is the beauty of it.

Ofcourse, from a diverse and creative mindset, I always pushed myself to see what needed improvements and what didn't in order to sustain an equal balance in my work ethic which is something I like analysing and breaking down to find solutions until I truly believe it is genuine and authentic. Along the way, I have also interpreted a formation of teams whom are assigned to complete tasks correctly in a good manner in a collective group; now, I understand that and have no real hesitation, but if that is the case, then I hope the team knows what they are doing as a group with no conflict being thrown at eachother.

When managing a Server, it is always good and essential to have a vision where players are first in priority, it may seem controversial, however, if you view it from a players' point of view, they would like to see a good server built revolving around them for them to have the best possible experience and enjoy what has been accomplished by the creators which is where I come into play and boost the limits.

Dedication is a key and vital factor upon becoming a successful manager as it takes time and patience to become one, dedicating time will en route a good path.

Communication is by far the biggest factor skill asset needed to co-operate with other users of whom you are working alongside with or people who are needing your assistance.

Spoiler: Adaptive

Adaptation is something I have used over the years and gaining that sort of mentality for hundreds of days is something I feel fortunate about and can use it effectively when approaching new users and how things are structured on the server.

Spoiler: Oganisation

Organisation is something every staff member will need as the players will look forward to seeing great power being held by moral people which whom are the managers, administrators, moderators, ceo's ect.

I am fit for roles such as configuration of files, structuring servers, giving an overall theme to a server, recruitment, advertisement and many more.
-- And remember, this is all completely Free as I am currently purely doing this for enjoyment purposes as well as helping servers develop financially and beneficially.
