First he didnt respond to my messages and never showed up after I paid him. He then starts demanding more money because another server paid him to work on their server for more money, he was basically keeping our money and asking for more. He first gave me a deal of 10 dollars, to what I said yes. He then told the guy that is supposed to pay him that I said 15 dollars. He got paid 15 dollars and when I confronted him about it he said he didnt know and got confused. I know its not a big amount but its just to prove how big of a liar he is. But he ignored me the whole time after he got paid and just paid attention to the guy paying him which is another reason he does this for the money. ManateeTheDev If your friend sent this payment through his bank or card, he can contact the bank and explain that the charge was fraudulent, as the guy he hired didn't do what was agreed upon. The bank will typically believe you outright and start the process of the refund. I had to go through this process for a total of $800 from a developer on here. I'm sure his bank will be very willing to help once he explains.
Edit: And to the OP, behavior like this is absolutely scummy. How dare you. Work for the prices agreed upon, or refund the purchase, you spineless coward.
