We never live to rush into selling a service, we have a number of servers that we sell but want to make sure it’s stable before adding extra resources. As our main Customers are small local companies or sole traders they seem to prefer their own dedicated server so these sold out quite quick. We’re looking to purchase further hardware to replenish our fleet.

We noticed this also, we're confused as to how this even happened because somehow in a week we're the most viewed thread which surely cannot be correct... who knows.

That’s exactly what we’re thinking.
Have not been able to login to my user pane to pay my invoice for the past 3 days and it is due today. Password reset is broken and so is logging in with every possible password. Owner will not respond either on Discord. I tried making a new account but the email is taken so it's not that.
I haven’t had a single message from you on Discord, I have gone ahead and contacted you so we can get access to your account resolved.
Seems to be online for me, we will however continue to monitor this over the next 12 hours to see if the issue occurs again. Thanks for reporting the issue to me.
