As a recap, I am looking for a job as a staff manager. If you don't know what that is, it's an admin who manages staff applications and the staff team.
> Dedication <
Many people would commit to something they can't handle. I, however, make promises I know for sure I can keep. I am trustworthy and honest. If I have somewhere to be, I will notify the staff of my departure 1 day and 1 hour before the event. You can always count on me to make the time and put in the effort to completing the task.
Not only do I complete a task on time, but I also commit to putting 110% effort into it. When grading staff applications, I follow a specific rubric. I grade all applications without bias or judgement on the person's race, culture, ethnicity, etc.
-------------------
Staff Application Rubric:
Did the applicant follow the format? __/10
Did the applicant answer in grammatically correct, complete sentences? __/10
Does the applicant seem confident with himself/herself? __/10
How well are each of the questions answered? __/50
Does the application look like the applicant spent time on it? __/10
How much effort did the applicant put into the application? __/10
Is the application copied? (Yes is instant denial)
Has the applicant been recently punished? (Yes is instant denial)
Total: __/100; Passing is 90% (A-)
-------------------
Using the above rubric, I carefully graded each application individually. I never skipped a word or a letter. I meticulously graded the application, and then denied/accepted the applicant accordingly.
> Responsibility <
As I mentioned earlier, I always commit to something I have signed up for. If I make an error, I fully take responsibility, and make an honest effort to correct the mistake. I try my best to be flawless, but we're all human. We must accept and respect our flaws and try to better them. This is something I manage to do extremely well.
> Experience <
- Server Experience -
I have had past experiences as a staff managers on multiple servers:
- Orefine ~ Staff Manager for 2 months, server eventually shut down
- MidCraft ~ I managed staff applications on MidCraft for 4 months before the server stopped.
- GalaxyUHC ~ As a staff manager of a UHC server called GalaxyUHC, I managed hundreds of applicants weekly. I resigned as I was looking for a greater opportunity.
As I stated above, I carefully graded each application with care.
- Discord Experience -
I've created multiple successful Discords, such as the ACC (anti cheater alliance). There, we take evidence of players hacking, analyze them, and report them to the correct server. I, along with some friends, created the Discord. Today, I am retired, but the server has reached 600+ members.
> What can I do? <
Among the many skills I have, I can do the following:
> What Else do I Bring to the Table? <
I'm a really great guy to be around. I can crack hilarious jokes, but also calm down and help a person in need. I'm empathetic and kind. I understand when people need a shoulder to lean on, but I also know when to back off and let people have their space.
While I would love to be a helper, I also value my education very much. Often I will be unable during school hours. I would rather not get my learning interrupted by video games.
