About Us

StaffCraft University (SCU) is striving to become the leading expert in Minecraft Staff Training and Server Information. We are currently seeking individuals who are highly qualified to join our Team on Education Leads. We are also looking for a Chief Officer of Education and Operations (COE). Both roles are pivotal and will involve the development of our courses, providing community support, and serving as the COE. You will also be overseeing the development of our courses, our team, and contributing ideas to designing our online platform.

Education Lead

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Minecraft and familiarity with server management and community dynamics
  • Proven track record in team management and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice To Have:
  • Deep understanding of configurations and server setup.

Job Description: As the Education Lead, your responsibilities will include:
  • Contributing and enhancing our online courses
    • Server Management, Server Ownership, and Minecraft Technical Course (Understanding error logs, Plugin Configuration, and Basic Additions)
  • Inform others of your work
    • Be proud of the work you do, and if you are managing staff teams, bring them over to our course!
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online learning and Minecraft community management
  • Providing ideas on how to enhance our current work flow

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about Minecraft Management, Leadership, and creating positive change in the Minecraft Community. The ideal candidates will possess an understanding of community management and have an open mind to the "ELITE" mindset we teach here at SCU. Finally, these individuals should be flexible and open to a dynamic environment to ensure the effectiveness of our training.






Chief Officer of Education and Operations

Requirements:

  • Connections within the Minecraft industry

Job Description: As the Chief Officer of Online Learning and Operations, your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the development and enhancement of our online courses, ensuring their quality and effectiveness in conjunction with our Chief Executive Officer.
  • Providing prompt and effective support to our community members and addressing their inquiries and concerns at the beginning of the launch
  • Managing and mentoring our team of instructors and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Collaborating with our Chief Executive Officer to create an engaging and user-friendly online platform
  • Conducting regular evaluations to assess the performance and impact of our online courses and support services
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online learning and Minecraft community management
