LushMC is a growing network server with several exciting gamemodes in development, designed to offer a unique multiplayer experience. Although the server is still in the hard development phase, it will soon be heavily advertised across various short-form platforms. We are seeking professional staff members who are dedicated to investing their time and effort to enhance the player experience.
Helper (1/3):
- Answer basic player questions and engage in conversations with players.
- Welcome new players to the server and help them get started.
- Direct players with issues beyond your ability to the Discord and ticket system.
- Pass on reported bugs and suggestions, or guide players on how to escalate these to higher staff.
- Contact higher staff members for issues you’re unable to resolve on your own.
- Moderate in-game and on Discord to ensure all rules are being followed and players are happy.
- No resume is needed for this position.
Junior Moderators (0/3):
- All Helper duties, with the added responsibility of handling more complex player issues.
- Assist in resolving disputes between players, such as arguments or disagreements.
- Enforce rules and moderate both in-game and on Discord to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Guide players in reporting bugs and suggestions to higher staff.
- No resume is needed for this position.
Moderator (2/4):
- Perform all Junior Moderator duties, along with additional responsibilities.
- Resolve player disputes and conflicts, ensuring a friendly and peaceful atmosphere.
- Mentor new staff members to help them learn the ropes.
- Be an approachable presence on the server to help players feel welcome.
- Work with Administrators to organize and set up server events.
- Catch and punish hackers to maintain fair gameplay.
- No resume is needed, but basic knowledge of network servers is required.
Senior Moderator (2/4):
- Mentor lower-level staff members and guide them in performing their duties.
- Handle all Junior Moderator responsibilities, plus additional tasks.
- A resume is preferred for this position.
- Significant experience with network servers is required.
Junior Administrator and Administrator (2/5):
- A resume is required to apply for this position.
- You must be willing to stay active and committed to the server.
- Additional responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process.
Requirements:
- You must be 16 or older, no exceptions.
- You need to be friendly, motivated, and dedicated to working with others to ensure a bright future for the server.
- You should be able to contribute at least 10 hours per week to the server, with more availability being a plus.
- You must be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- It's essential to get along with others and avoid causing drama.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
- Maturity and the ability to handle multiple people at once are must-haves.
- You cannot have a poor history with any server regarding the abuse of permissions or player mistreatment. If you were demoted unfairly, please explain the situation.
- You must be active in the staff chat on Discord to communicate with owners and other staff members.
- If applying for a Moderator position or higher, prior staffing and network server experience is required.
- You should be able to use a microphone to talk with players in support rooms.
- A basic understanding of network servers is necessary.
