1. No refunds will be authorized
2. You are not permitted to chargeback
3. You will not leave a bad reputation on any of my profiles without notifying me to resolve any issues
4. All prices are fixed and cannot be lowered by you
5. Payments must be sent via PayPal invoices authorized by myself only
