ABOUT THE PLUGIN: Basically, you can do /LFF or (/LookingForFaction). From there you will have 5 options.

This option will open up a GUI (visable below) where you can look though all of open "tickets" or applications of other players who have created a LFF ticket. You can then click on their ticket, which will bring up a menu showing all of their statistics. Along with an optional description of themselfs, and contact information.
Using this option you can also sort the player's tickets from highets -> lowest or lowest -> highest average points. This makes it easy for faction recruiters to find someone with notable stats. However, in the next update I play to add an advanced search where you can specify each feature a you are looking for. For example, you could find only the players with 5+ trapping points and 9+ bard points.

This option will open up a GUI (visable below) where you can create your own personal ticket / application. In this GUI you can specify the your rating out of 10 for each of the following features. (Diamond, Bard, Archer, Miner, BB, Building, Trapping, and Kiting) along with (not required) a multi-lined description of youself and contact information.
This option will open the same GUI as the /LFF Create GUI, only it will fill in all the previous information you had set. You can then proceed to add to it or remove from it. It also force updates your Ores, Kills, Deaths, and Kill Death Ratio stats.
This option will delete you ticket if one exists. (Staff force delete option coming soon).
This option is the most complex. Basically what you're going to have happen is the usage will pop up, and you will have to restart the command. (Yes I know, much wow.)

Also, I felt the need to mention... That texture pack is not one I would use normally, however, I am in the process of moving to a new house so I am on a temporary craptop. Therefore, I need it to stay above 1.231 fps squared.
