By purchasing a server setup by me, you agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS).

1. By breaking any of the following terms, I have the right to sell your work publicly, file a scam report, and not let you use the files.
2. Any work done by me is EXCLUSIVE, and does NOT include re-sell rights unless permitted by me.
3. There is a 75% Payment upfront, and then 25% Payment after work is complete.
4. All payments must be sent through VENMO (Paypal Compatible)
5. You may not refund any of my products under any circumstances.
6. You may not claim this plugin/setup/config as your own.
7. We have the right to change these TOS at any time and you agree to abide by the most recent version of these terms.

Relating to your TOS, so number 7 states "We have the right to change these TOS at anytime and you agree to abide by the most recent version of these terms". So does that mean you can make an add-on to it stating something like, "we are allowed to resell your config no matter what happens" and the first client you ever had has to abide by it?

Thanks for your concern! For more clarification, once the client has agreed, they must abide to that set of terms. If the terms are possibly changed in the future, they only have to abide by the terms they agreed to.

Sorry for the late reply, if needed, we can provide and setup premade builds that are non exclusive, however, exclusive builds are not included in the package.
