Use F&F method or you have to pay for paypal fees

Charging Paypal fees and using F&F for business transactions is not only against Paypals TOS, but also puts both you and your client at risk. If something were to happen (scam from either side) the other won't be protected. If you wish to charge for Paypal fees my suggestion would be to raise your prices by a couple bucks to mitigate them. As for payment, always use either an invoice or the paying for goods option (in the invoice make sure to describe the good you are selling as clearly as possible, state that it's a digital good and never ask for a shipping address unless you're sending a physical product).
This way you, your client and both your accounts are as safe from issues as you can be, goodluck!
