I don't know, I doubt Hetzner would make that kind of mistake.

Also, I think you're supposed to check which hardware you are receiving? It's not that hard to check which hardware a server has and I'd say it's one of the musts when provisioning and stuff.

Our main focus is discord bots and not Minecraft servers this is why we only have a few plans for Minecraft hosting to select just as a testing server or to play with a few friends. When we feel the need to expand our Minecraft server hosting we'll be moving to a dedi.

Don't you think it would have been important to tell people that before they bought your services? You're making yourself sound like some premium host on the OP, listing specs that aren't true, and then on top of that, you're using virtualisation for the VPS. Throw on another layer for the docker containers, and if you're lucky the performance will be 1/4th what it would normally be.

We didn't lie about our performance. If our provider listed their details incorrectly and assured us that they were correct I wouldn't call it us lying to our clients. We just now found out the real specifications of our VPS and updated our thread right away. Again, sorry for the confusion.

This isn't school, lol - this is business. You don't get to point the finger at someone else because they messed up. You - just like the guy who called you out, could have, and should have checked this yourself, first.

Additionally, you should be saying your servers are running in VPS - because that significantly impacts performance, right now you're just listing the specs of the dedi, which gives an implication of performance, which you can't provide because of the virtualisation overhead.
