Management Skills

Staff Recruitment
I will recruit good staff members that are experienced and have good applications. As well as making an application format.

Staff Management
I will make a staff guide as well as hosting regular staff meetings promoting hardworking staff members and demoting bad and unhelpful/inactive staff. I will also be able to implement a striking rule for staff and create a well-organised staff chat.

Screensharing
I my self am very good at screen sharing obviously I am not the best but, I will be able to create a SS guide for staff to reference and help them learn how to screen-share as well as giving them a SS test to receive an SS verified rank.

In-game Managment
I will be able to keep the community updated with updates and daily events and help the server grow overall.

Discord/Teamspeak Managment
I will be able to keep an eye on the discord/teamspeak and make sure staff stay active and make sure I am posting announcements about the server so it stays active and keeps players coming. On teamspeak I will make sure staff are doing there job and doing support rooms and helping players to the best of their abilities.

Builder Recruitment
Although I used to be a good builder and still am I can recruit skilled builders to the team and make sure they have what it takes to build for the server.

Advertisement Help
From my experience many servers need advertisement to get big and without advertisement no server can really get anywhere (most of the time) I will find youtubers who will post daily content on the server / upload a trailer and help the server continuously grow.

My name is Ryan. I enjoy playing Minecraft I have recently got into fortnite but, have not lost my faith in MC. I really love playing with my friends but, I love managing servers. I am an ok builder because I have been on a build team where I got better and learned more about different building techniques and world edit/Voxel. I am a decent builder in general but, enjoy managing more. I have 1 younger brother who also plays Minecraft. I am good at screen sharing since I used to play on a mac I can SS those people who rarely come in with a mac altho, I admit it isn't that hard.

BalooDaK1NG it gets about 1k players on sotw's the has about 600 the next day ( whole network ) then .through the week ranges from 250 - 300 untill Friday when eotw and then a new sotw happens. Do you want me to put 250 -1000

Tezzha dm me for proof.[DOUBLEPOST=1523658069][/DOUBLEPOST]Icantpotffs I did not use a fake SS guide idk who gave you that false information and I was promoted to admin before I resigned to be staff on faithfulmc then came back as mod for a little bit. Also it wasn't me who used the fake docs it was Aaron the other head of SS I remade a new clean doc's for the ss guide from scratch.

Check his post, he applied on a server and the positions are completely different. Don't do business with this person, lying, inactive, no dedication at all. He did it because he knew the Managers would remember has position and didn't want to get exposed (Denied)
