I'd recommend getting rid of the blank space at the top and bottom. If you are using Sony Vegas PM me I can help you fix it.

Fullscreen the first trailer, at the top and bottom of the video their are 2 white bars.

You mean exod? If so, I can pick a color for the bars, i picked white just because i tried to get a similar feeling or work with whitebars an example would be

I don't really remember, i usually get rid of the trailer once im done with the server and they received the trailer via download link, I think it was AgencyFB? Not sure.
