Section 1 - Payment
1.1. All work begins after receiving an advance. The size of the advance depends on the amount of the order (for details, see the section 2 - Payment Options)
1.2. Payments must be made via PayPal using the servers built in payment command, and must be made via Goods and Services.
1.3. All payments must be made in USD. If we receive less then the expected amount due to conversion fees, your order will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded.
Section 2 - Payment Options
2.1. For orders less than $200. Full advance.
2.2. For orders from $200 to $500. 50% advance and 50% when work is done.
2.3. For orders from $500 to $4000. 50% advance is made, after which the client receives half the work and checks it, then the second 50% is paid.
2.4. For orders more than $4000 - payment is negotiated personally with each client.
Section 3 - Activity and Communication
3.1. Once you have contacted us you should tell us completely about the work (size, degree details, sketch, pictures, screenshots with examples, map, server version and so on)
3.2. After creating an order ticket, you should describe in detail what you need.
3.3. Upon completion, tickets are not closed, but transferred to the category of completed ones.
3.4. All negotiations regarding the fulfill of orders must be carried out strictly in the ticket. For all negotiations outside the ticket, the In Mine team is not responsible.
3.5. Leaving the server, or intentionally preventing In Mine Bot or us from communicating with you on discord represents a rejection of these terms as such, all open commissions will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Section 4 - Refunds and Reimbursement
4.1. Under no circumstances are you permitted to file a chargeback via the PayPal Resolution Center. Doing so will result in automatic cancelation of any active tickets, forfeiting your right to a reimbursement, and your account being banned from this server.
4.2. You only can get a refund if work is not done or don't like the results and only can get a refund of the 50% of the first payment for our time spent on it.
4.3. All the works refunded have still our own rights, so we can do with them whatever we want.
4.4. Refunds apply only to exclusive commissions and builds. You can not request a refund for non-exclusive goods purchased in our store.
4.5. If the order was canceled before the start of implementation - you will receive a full refund.
4.6. If the order was canceled at the implementation stage or more than 7 days have passed since receiving the advance, you will receive a partial refund - 50% of the payment.
4.7. If the order was canceled at the stage when the work was done - there can be no refund. An exception can only be non-compliance with your conditions during the implementation of the order. In this case, the order will be canceled and you will receive a full refund.
4.8. If the order was canceled at the stage when the work was done and ticket was transferred to the completed category - there can be no refund. Without exception.
Section 5 - Cancellation
5.1. In the event an order is canceled, you will receive a refund within 14 business days.
5.2. You are welcome to open a new ticket in the event of an order cancelation with the exception of cancelations due to clause 4.1.
5.3. The refund amount depends on the stage order at which the order cancellation was made (for details, see the section 4.5 - Refunds and Reimbursement).
Section 6 - Work Process
6.1. You have 1-2 days to ask for minor changes.
6.2. If you make significant changes to the description after the start of the work - this is regarded as additional work and is charged separately.
6.3. You will recieve the finished work only after we receive the full payment.
6.4. After receiving the file with your order, you must check it and, in case something does not suit you, inform us about it within 7 days from the moment we provide the file with an order.
6.5. After you confirm the quality of the completed order or, in the absence of any complaints, or after 7 days, the ticket is transferred to the completed category. The field of this can not be any changes.
Section 7 - Agreement
7.1. These terms are binding for as long as you are in the server, or forever if you have an active or completed commission.
7.2. If you do not follow this terms of service we are on the right to distribute the works as free or whatever we want.
