IMPORTANT
This is a nice opportunity for who ever wants to participate in the creation of something really unique that doesn't fit in the normal categorisation of minecraft servers (towny , prison ...).
However , for those of you who are interested only if they are paid handsomely , this might not be suitable for you (unless if you're a builder) .

A little bit about the project ―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――
Server Type
It is complicated to fit our server type in one of the known categories that are often used to describe minecraft servers. ( just like prison , towny , factions or others)
But we assume that the closest label that can be given to it would probably be RPG Even though we are not aiming to make it a server focused on role playing or quest lines. Its much more than that and very different from that play style.

Current situation
Our server is still in development phase , we are not looking to release anytime soon , our main goal is to take all the necessary time to plan and perfect everything until we get a satisfactory result.

Mechanisms & Game Play
The server is planning to rework existing systems and introduce new mechanisms and systems to the game which will enhance the survival aspect of the game and make it much more realistic and immersive (such as Natural Seasons , Tools restrictions and Skills , Overhaul of the interactions with animals ) in addition to the beautifully designed Society systems (such as Honor system , Lore , quest lines and gameplay that depends on the player's decisions and choices , A unique Economy that depends on players' interactions with each other )

Map , UI and custom content
All that presented in the form of a beautifully designed ( Continent scale ) map with lot of places to explore for players, Custom GUIS and NPC models using Texture pack and custom plugins.

Long-term vision
More content will be worked on for the future of the server ( Other Tomes ) . More content , story lines and maps and more custom systems & features will be added as the server advances and grow bigger . (dungeons , clans and other ideas ..)


Our team and work pace

Our long-term position team members (5) are all volunteering (friends) that share the same passion for the same ideas , we work on the project in our free time since we have other engagements (work / university ) that we have to attend to.

Age Most of the team is around 20 years old or older

Fun time
We manage to make time for productivity and also fun (because without proper rest , its very difficult to be creative and perfect what we are doing)

Efficiency & Work Pace
Our team is smaller than most of big project but most people would be surprised of what we were able to achieve starting from nothing in few months. All that to explain that we have weekly goals set for each task , but it can always be flexible depending on the team's schedule.
The most important thing is to do things right and overcook the project if its necessary before release (undefined).

Paid staff
Hired (paid) members work depending on what is agreed upon. We mainly hire builders for now .

Our Requirements
- Preferably 18 of age or older.
- Respect and professional behaviour.
- Fluent in English Language (or french )

- Use of Microphone during meetings
- Be available for 1 meeting each week at least. (more for managers)
