Hello, my name is Caleb, and I am the owner of Magnolia which will be starting with a Survival experience server targeting the 1.17.1 Minecraft version and we are aiming for eighteen plus only. We're currently looking for some staffing positions to be taken for the grand opening of the server very soon.
As we're looking for some roles, just know that all of these roles a voluntary and will not be salaried through a wage or freelance pay.

-{}-AVAILABLE POSITIONS-{}-
HELPER (0/2) - Just like any ordinary Helper, they will be able to enjoy the game mode, but able to have permissions to mute anyone who is breaking the chat rules, and can take part in the quality assurance program which allows you to give your opinion and ideas to be added into the network.
MODERATOR (0/2) - A Moderator is expected to be online helping out with banning cheaters, directing Helpers, and being an all-around helpful staff member on the server. Same as the Helper role, a Moderator can also take part in the quality assurance program too.
ADMINISTRATOR (0/1) - We're looking for an Admin to make sure that all staff below admins are properly trained, know what to do, and can act efficiently to help the server grow and stay friendly.
-{}-MANAGEMENT-{}-
*CM Manager* (Community) (0/1) - We're looking for someone to create announcements on Discord, Forums, in-game, make polls, and actively give ideas back to the people who can act on it. This is a face-of-the-server role, which means that if you're willing to take this position, then you would be the person who is the closest to the community before the Owner(s).
QI Manager (Quality Improvement) (0/1) - We're looking for a Manager to bring new improvements for members into play, so we can make a unique experience for the players who enjoy Magnolia as a community server. We believe that this is one of the most important positions as a server, and it's something that takes a lot of responsibility.
